Hollywood funnyman Jim Carrey recently put his Malibu home on the market for a cool $13.95 million (approximately €11.9 million). The 2,900 square foot five bedroom home was apparently "listed for immediate sale". While most beachfront properties in Malibu cost a pretty penny, this house is especially exclusive as it's situated in the guard-gated Colony, a private community popular with celebrities. Six figure rentals are not uncommon in this area with Pamela Anderson renting out her Malibu beach house for a whopping $75k a month!
