Re-imagining and upcycling: Furniture by Jill Bennett of Dandelion Lane

Here at House and Home HQ we love a good makeover story, even more so when it involves upcycling. These chairs and stools are the work of Jill Bennett, a furniture designer who specialises in using reclaimed wood. Her business Dandelion Lane, located in Portadown, showcases unique vintage furniture.

The shop now stocks and distributes ‘Annie Sloan chalk paint’, which we spotted in an episode of ‘Kirsties homemade home’. Jill will be running a paint technique class in which she aims to show customers techniques such as ageing, antiquing, decoupage and crackle glaze finishes, to name a few. Visit Dandelion Lane’s Facebook page to find out more information on products and class dates.
