good so far - gave up chocolate and lost 3 lbs...know it not a lot but i'm happy :-)

I gave up social smoking (which was never really that heavy but every bit counts) and I've just ended up with a chest infection! Doesn't seem quite fair but I know I'll be better for it in the end :)

My resolution was not to buy any more books until I have read the pile of books taking over my room. so far so good!

My news years resolution was to get fit with my family but in a fun way. So every day we're hula hooping or skipping or biking to school instead of taking the car. The kids are really enjoying it and I'm losing the muffin top!

Thought I was doing ok on my mission to lose weight for the new year but yesterday my granny asked me was i pregnant again!!!ill have to step it up a notch!

I'm eating a lot better now thankfully, feeling better for it too!

Eat less laugh more :)

Well, so far so bad :(
I was determined to make it to the gym at least twice a week this year but on my first visit, I pulled a muscle in my calf (very sore!) and have been using my sore leg as an excuse ever since. Shameful, i've only been once !! I'd love to win some go ahead bars to make me feel less guilty - i could enjoy them and be healthy at the same time- beats the gym! xxx

i'm finding it very hard to get motivated to try and loose some weight this year... i just haven't found that get up & go yet!
hopefully i get into gear by the 1st of feb

less fatty food for the year ahead

I need some inspiration to give my transformation the 'go ahead'!

As a nursing student, I decided to live my own life as the 'ideal diet'. Hard work- feeling hungry 24-7! However, the positve feedback on how I look is starting to roll in from both friends and patients and I think this will help get me through to month 2! One day at a time sweet Jesus...

I've always had the resolution to try and get more involved in Keep Fit. I've recently joined a local Leisure Centre and am still going strong. I've also cut down on fatty foods and junk food. As my mother always said..."A moment on the lips...a lifetime on the hips"!

I swore that a serious cleanout of the house was going to take place in early January! ...... still hasn't happened :)

I have to admit, mine aren't exactly going to plan. We're almost a month into 2012 and I'm not thin, fit or more productive at work yet...it's times like these that I'm glad that the world is ending...NO MORE NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS!

I'm eating healthier, less takeaways so it's going good for now!

Going terrible. Waiting for December to come round again to start again ;-)

I could use a little help to be honest. I have lost a pound with a goal to lose 5lbs before the end of Feb. I have cut down as much as I seem to be able to, just can't seem to find the right subs for tasty treats with the same amount of yumminess. Maybe I should try some Go Ahead!

My resolution was to be more proactive and lead a happier life. I am starting a course soon and I'm much more excited about the year ahead. =)

I would love to win this hamper!

Not good.

I'm starting again tomorrow.

well, started walking this year to lose some weight, its hard with the car outside, but i will myself to go !!

Trying very hard to keep my New Year's Resolutions...............happy, healthy and hearty, no money required for any of them, just me trying!

My new year resolutions were to drink warm water with lemon first thing every morning and to take better care of my hair & skin - 1 month into 2012 & I'm doing OK with keeping them.

So far so good - I've joined an athletics club so I go running 3 times a week and since the beginning of January I've lost 13.6 lbs! Really trying to keep it up!

I have a teenage daughter (16) and my New Year resolution was to listen more to her... to what she was really saying as opposed to just nodding my head and not taking in what she was saying.
It has worked great so far, I can really say I know my daughter rather that thinking I do...

My new year's resolutions were dying a slow death.... until this previous few days of lovely weather... now I'm back on track, walking more as I'd planned, cooking lovely low fat, low cost recipes (unplanned), and washing my windows (well some things are not just for the New Year). So it's Onwards and Upwards into February.

My resolution is to stress less in 2012, seeing as I had last minute plans to arrange because I got married two weeks into the new year I'm not doing too bad :)

New Year New Me! On second thoughts, loved my work in 2011 so probably won't change much.

My resolution was to walk every day and so far so good!!

Gave up coffee. Lasted until 10:30am, January 1st. Pretty good for me!

So I've changed my resolution to just have one cup a day. That's worked out so far!

My resolution is to try tidy up around the house as I have a habit of keeping everything and not giving it away. I have not started yet

The new year is flying by. I had such great intentions of things I wanted to do in January, and now it's already February and I've yet to start. But on a plus, my new year resolution of doing the housework day-by-day rather than just Saturday is making life easier

Gave up chocolate and crisps don't snack anymore and lost 6 pounds :)

My new year resolution was to loose weight before my holiday in march... not much... but I feel soo hungry that I pick food every moment and I'm not going far...

GOing good so far - following operation transformation and am down 8lbs - fingers crossed !!!

Since I didn't make any resolutions, they are going very well indeed.

Going good so far, keeping up with my yoga DVDs at least x3 a week and began an evening class last night, something I've been talking about for the last 2 years and am only beginning now! Here's hoping I stick with it....

I've lost over a stone but it is hard work and very boring. My aim is to get into my smaller clothes and have a whole new wardrobe without costing anything.

My new year resolution for 2012 is to be kinder to myself and not always be so hard on me. So far I am doing well and I must say that this year is going a lot better that years past.

Would love to be included in the draw for these delightful bars

I'm afraid my resolutions for 2012 have already all disappeared off into the sunset :-((

My new year resolution is gone out the window. I was going to eat only healthy food every day. I lasted a few weeks.

My plan for 2012 was less of the bad stuff and more of the good stuff! Feeling the benefits already.

My new year's resolution is to lose a stone, tone up and get fit and celebrate my 50th birthday every month for a year! Pilates, going good, getting rid of the belly slowly. Fun factor - good. Zumba - once a week - you gotta just go and do it! Celebrations, two months in and three birthday celebrations so far, looking forward to March when even more celebrations are planned. Best of luck to everyone with their resolutions and if you fall by the wayside just get up and start again. :)
