Have you seen? Majestic Kitchens are our Kitchen Supplier of the Month, and so, we thought we'd ask for their top tips on kitchen shopping, to make the process a little easier.
1. Research, research, research!
First and foremost we would advise clients have done some research on and thought about what their kitchen will be used for as our designers will need this information to personalise their plan making it suitable to their home and their budget. As we manufacture all kitchens here on site we can accommodate any budget and style preference and therefore would recommend our clients know the various selections of cabinetry available on the market, i.e PVC wrap doors , Vinyl , Hand Painted Oak, Acrylic, and Oak Veneer.
2. Talk through your options
We do not personally install or make PVC wrap due to its nature of failing and peeling away from the doors but we do talk about all options with clients so they have a full understanding of what is available and what best suits their home. Something clients must consider is what they do not like about their existing kitchen, what they require more of less of and if aesthetic is more important or functionality.
3. Consider a home visit
Our designers carry out home visits to get a sense of understanding and get to know the clients and their home setting where we can then professionally advise what we recommend as we do everything from start to finish and project manage any building works that may be required. Here at MKB we love incorporating mixed materials and with functionality at the core of all our designs we love to create flawless designs right down to the internal workings of the cabinets.
