Sneak peek at the new autumn Søstrene Grene collection

A new Søstrene Grene collection always gets us excited - not only is it an excuse to take a trip into their recently opened Dublin city centre store, but usually there's one or two items from their seasonal ranges that fly out the doors. This season, we're predicting it will be the beautiful chairs above, and not just because this time last year we were all going mad for their velvet chairs. For €54.98 each, they're a bargain, and they'd work perfectly anywhere, whether with a dining room table or in your home office. Ideal!

The sisters behind Søstrene Grene launch two interiors collections a year - in Spring and in Autumn - and this season's range focusses on the contrasting of the softly feminine and stringently architectural, with lively graphic motifs running throughout. The colours are soft and subdued.

Anna has indulged in geometric shapes and small, delicate patterns, while Clara has added a functional touch. “The magic of interior design can help make your home appear both more spacious and more beautiful,” says Clara.

The interiors collection includes a series of furniture made of wood veneer, carefully proportioned lamps and graphic and artistic effects for the walls, alongside a wide range of lovely ceramics and super soft textiles. That's all on top of the decorative home accessories and the gorgeous kitchenware we've become accustomed to with every new range from the Danish brand.

The collection will be launching on September 6th in store, with the exception of the chair, chair pad and trestle, will will all be available from September 20th in all Søstrene Grene stores.
