A Seasonal Soirée: Stem ginger fizz

This is a very simple but impressive twist on a celebratory glass of fizz. This recipe serves six.

You will need:

  • A chilled bottle of bubbly
  • 1 piece of stem ginger in syrup, cut into 6 pieces

Method:

Pop a piece of stem ginger into the bottom of each serving glass with a drizzle of the syrup. Top with chilled bubbly and serve at once.
