This luxurious apartment is nestled on the second floor of a beautiful old building in Paris' 17th arrondissement. We love how the soft lighting, ornate mirrors and collection of designer pieces sit happily together in these large rooms. In terms of scale, everything was thought out to create a particularly welcoming atmosphere. Nothing seems unnecessary or excessive for the space it resides in.

Take a trip through the three adjoined living room, dining room, and kitchen areas to enjoy all three simultaneously. Every piece of furniture showcases a great contemporary designer and the parquet floor creates perfect flow.

The mouldings on the ceiling, finely crafted chimneys and old wooden floors, combined with glass, brick and steel accessories and elements are truly breathtaking.

This well-equipped kitchen is home to bang up-to-date appliances that are stored behind these varnished facades.

A long entrance used as an office and a library serves these living areas on one side and the four bedrooms on the other. A family apartment, it has a master bedroom, two children's bedrooms, and a guest bedroom.

The main bedroom is a bright and peaceful room, has a king-size bed. Its bathroom is something to marvel at, with its central black bathtub and its exotic wood surfaces – not to mention the exposed brickwork walls. Swoon!
