With many people resolving to lose weight or eat better this year, it's a good opportunity to try something new. Some opt to take part in Veganuary, where you eat vegan for January, so we thought we'd round up some delicious looking recipes to try this January. Even if you're not committing to a full month, the odd vegan recipe might make a good addition to your diet. Some of these sound so yum you might not even notice the lack of meat!
