Frasier star Kelsey Grammer has reportedly dropped $6.5 million for this newly-renovated Spanish style mansion in Beverly Hills. The villa which was built in 1926 boasts 6,000 square feet of living space which includes six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
The Spanish style villa features terracotta tiles, white-washed stucco walls and dark wood exposed beams. Love the Spanish patterned tiles on the risers of the stairs!
The kitchen has an unusual chevron patterned splashback tile in a pale bluey green which is really the only colour in this all-white kitchen.
The living room is such a beautiful space, the ceiling is incredible and can you imagine having that pool right outside your patio doors? Not fair!

This has to be my favourite part of this beautiful house. The shrubbery and climbing vines really add to the appeal of this pool area. What a place to live, eh?
