Kendall Jenner has always stuck to fairly tame property purchases - by Kardashian standards, anyway. However, now it's her turn to make real estate headlines, with her LA high-rise condo.
She's recently put it on the market for $1.6 million, having picked it up in May 2014 for $1.3 million. Located in the Wilshire corridor, the corner unit property spans 2,068 square feet, with views out over the city skyline, a sculpture garden and greenery. But the views aren't the only thing you can be jealous of - the interiors aren't too shabby either.
It's a two-bed, three bathroom home, that feels especially spacious because of the mix of high ceilings, flooding natural light and an open floor plan. Kendall's colour palette - all whites, greys, beiges and pale lavenders - also helps make the home appear bigger than it is, along with giving it a relaxing vibe.
The kitchen is designer, featuring stainless Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, and the bathrooms are decked out with Kohler and Grohe fixtures. It's a better starter apartment than most of us could dream of, and that's before you even consider the fact the building boasts a heated pool, fitness center, social room, conference rooms and wine storage, and a 24-hour concierge to help you out with anything else you might need.
She already owns another property in Los Angeles - a modern mansion she picked up from Emily Blunt and John Krasinski for $6.5 million when they traded up to a $7.9 million Brooklyn townhouse last year. You can see the full home tour of Emily Blunt and John Krasinski's new home here.
